Wealdstone FC is holding an open forum commercial meeting on Thursday, 27 June in the Aquarium Bar at the Ruislip Social Club, to link up with supporters to help assist our newly formed commercial team – namely John Akester, Del Vaughan, Rob Clark and Alan Palmer with leads, contacts and ideas etc to help us achieve the vitally important goal of assisting Gordon Bartlett’s budget. We all want the team to have a realistic tilt at challenging for honours again after the heartache of the play off defeat in April!
In addition to the newly formed team, Paul Rumens, Club President and Peter Worby, Vice Chairman will continue with their usual commercial activities. The final make up of the commercial department are Director Andrew Lane, who will be in charge of back office and further assistance will come from Derek Goss who will assist in corporate hospitality of clients and linking in on all areas particularly on match days.
On the evening it is expected that Gordon Bartlett, who will be holding his first pre season training session, will come down and hold a Q&A for the fans later on.
A free pint or glass of wine will be served to all attendees on the evening. Please join us and see your commercial ideas put into practice by our new team!
