Wealdstone’s exciting midfielder Tom Pett has signed a contract this week that will keep him at The Vale for a further two seasons. The 20 year old signed for Stones from Potters Bar Town in January this year and has quickly impressed with his work rate and creative abilities from the midfield areas.
Stones’ Manager Gordon Bartlett said: ‘Tom has enjoyed his first couple of months at the club and we have been impressed with him and he has adapted well to the higher level of football. The contract will be beneficial to Tom and the club and will help him flourish into a very good player; we are very hopeful that he will follow in the footsteps of the many other young players that have progressed on from Wealdstone in recent years’.
