As the business end of the season approached, Ruislip Social Club will donate 50p from every pint sold at the club in February to the playing budget. The club needs everyone to support this by making a special effort to make use of the social club during the month and encouraging others to do the same.
The desire is to be able to donate anywhere between £2,000 and £2,500 which could make a real difference over the last couple of months of the season. To do this we need to sell 4-5,000 pints and that’s a target that should be spread across as many people as possible!
There are four home games in February but also live music and televised Premiership football. We would urge you to make an extra effort to enjoy a beer in the social club before or after a game but also think about bringing others along to watch a live game or have a beer before going off out somewhere else.

There is also the prospect of hosting visiting fans for the League Cup final at Wembley on Sunday 24 February which is an opportunity to shift a few pints! Why not try and pop down and help keep the visiting fans fed and watered and then stay and have a couple of pints and watch the game yourself.
The plan is to issue a weekly update on how the fund is building and all you have to do to support this is come down for a pint or two sometime.
