Wealdstone have announced a special match day promotion for their important Vanarama Conference South match versus Staines Town at The Vale on Saturday December 6th, Kick –off 3pm.
As always the Stones will be offering their popular half price admission offer for all professional club season ticket holders. In addition, for this match onlyWealdstone are promoting a special ‘WD Postcode Day’. This means thatanyone residing in the Watford WD Postcode will get in half price on the day(£6 Adults, £3.50 Concessions, £2 Under 16s) provided they show proof of residence eg utility bill, etc. This offer will prove particularly attractive to Watford FC fans who do not have a match that day as their away match at Fulham has been brought forward to the Friday evening.
Stones’ match with Staines will have special interest with Hornets fans as The Swans Manager is Marcus Gayle a player of the season during his time with Watford. Wealdstone, of course have Hornet’s talented young midfielder Luke O’Nien on a season long loan.
In addition, Wealdstone will be organising a novel competition on the day: ‘Guess the Crowd’ whereby fans in the ground can tweet their crowd estimate to @pressoffwfc before kick -off. The winner (closest guess) will win a Stones goodie bag and a Hornets goodie bag. Wealdstone will also offer board room hospitality for the winner and a guest.
