GROUND BREAKING EXTENSION TO SPONSORSHIP DEAL ANNOUNCED

Wealdstone FC has announced that they have entered into an additional two year extension to its current main sponsorship arrangement with GPF Lewis plc for season’s 2016/17 & 2017/18 but with a significantly enhanced financial deal for the club.

This has become the biggest sponsorship deal in the club’s history by far.

GPF Lewis plc have enjoyed their first season as main club sponsor and see this new deal as a natural progression of a greatly strengthening relationship between both parties and are taking a longer term strategic view with the club.

Managing Director of GPF Lewis, Rory Fitzgerald said:

“Wehave built a strong working relationship with Wealdstone FC and we are proud to be continuing our partnership with such a fantastic club and all the people attached to the club. We are confident that our commitment will help Wealdstone FC to keep moving forward, the club requires consistency and commitment, thankfully we are in a position to be able to help offer that consistency and commitment.

All the directors and employees at GPF Lewis are looking forward to sponsoring and supporting the club and wish them all the best for the rest of this season and the next seasons ahead.”

Paul Rumens, Club President, who has worked closely with GPF Lewis on this deal said:  “For Wealdstone FC to maintain and consolidate its position in the Pyramid, we know that building firmer relationships with our major partners are imperative so we are delighted to extend our club sponsorship with GPF Lewis for a further two seasons.GPF Lewis Plc are a fast growing company with an excellent reputation in the construction industry and are looking to improve their visibility with the local community even further and appreciate what Wealdstone FC are doing within the local community on an on-going basis” .
