Wealdstone FC are pleased to announce that Mick Williamson has joined the Board of Directors.
Mick will already be known to supporters as he was responsible for the construction of the new ‘Couch Corner’ stand at the top end of the ground, a project that he delivered together with his father Trevor.
Mick is a successful local businessman who began his connection with Wealdstone via the Ladies Club where he remains their President. He will also be making an investment into the club as part of his and the board’s commitment to the future development of the Stones.
Wealdstone Chairman Howard Krais said “We are delighted to welcome Mick onto the Board. We are always looking to improve how we operate and Mick’s business experience brings further professionalism to the team. In particular Mick will take on an important role further bringing together the football club and the Ruislip Social Club, ensuring we make the right decisions about where to focus and invest across the wider club.”
