Wealdstone’s player of the season and central defensive colossus, Sean Cronin, has signed a two year agreement to stay with the club.
The hugely popular Welshman, who has previously played for Cardiff City and has represented his country at U18, U19 and semi-pro U23 level, enjoyed an excellent season and has now made over 130 appearances since he linked up with Stones in the summer of 2010.
A delighted Gordon Bartlett said: ‘I am extremely pleased that Sean has committed himself to the club in this way. The fact that he was not only the supporter’s player of the season but also the player’s player of the season is a measure of how popular Sean is, both on and off the pitch. He has had a very progressive season for us and he will help us to push on next campaign’.
